This new business model will have a severe impact on the traditional legal system. For instance, Uber and Airbnb pose a challenge to legal concepts pertaining to the transportation and tourism sectors, respectively. The conference discussions will focus on Airbnb and other accommodation-based elements of the sharing economy.
